Maintenance and repairs

We perform all types of maintenance and repairs in facilities, with a 24-hour emergency repair service. The repair of incidences in any electrical installation is the daily work of our operators who will be able to detect the origin and cause of the incidences in a short time.

We have a large team of industrial electricians that will respond immediately to your production needs, avoiding machinery stoppages and possible loss of money.

The maintenance of any electrical installation is essential for the correct development of our customers’ activities.

Maintenance of low voltage installations

This involves, with the periodicity established in the legislation (annual, quarterly, etc…), carrying out the necessary checks and measures to verify the conformity of the installation with the provisions established in the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations, Complementary Instructions and applicable UNE standards.

This review is carried out by our technicians at your facilities, coordinating with the customer the schedule to do so. The result of this is a report detailing the results of the review, defects detected if any, and recommendations if necessary.

We handle all the formalities related to this process before Industry: communication of the conclusion of the maintenance contract, purchase and filing of inspection books (in the case of operating rooms and ICUs), processing of bulletins for premises with public attendance, etc…

This revision affects different types of premises among which we can mention:

• Public places (there is a wide variety): Educational centers, banks, commercial stores and offices, halls and restaurants, public administration buildings, etc. ….
• Health centers, mutual insurance companies, nursing homes, hospitals (operating rooms and ICUs)
• Premises and industrial buildings
• Special locations (e.g., gas stations)

Maintenance of communities

We perform all the electrical services that a community of neighbors may need. In addition to the breakdown and maintenance services, our electricians perform reforms in meter rooms or emergency lighting, mandatory in all communities, or presence detectors to keep your electricity costs as low as possible.

Maintenance of transformer stations

Since 1982, owners of Transformer Substations must be responsible for their maintenance, which includes an annual revision by a maintenance company and a revision every three years by an Authorized Control Body.

The annual revision is performed by our technicians at your facilities, coordinating with the customer the schedule to do so. The result of this is a report detailing the results of the review, defects detected if any, and recommendations if necessary.

For our part, all the formalities related to this process are managed before Industry: communication of the conclusion of the maintenance contract, presentation and sealing of annual reports, etc…

We also assist the customer in the tri-annual review by the Authorized Control Body, being present during this review.

The revision of the transformation center is specified in the regulations and consists of the following points:

High voltage inspections (no load): Disconnectors, fuses, circuit breakers, protection relays, transformers and power cables, bus bars and cleaning.

Low voltage checks (no-load): Capacitor bank, fuses, circuit breakers and protection elements.

(on load): Measurement of voltages, currents, power factor, grounding, step and touch voltages.

Revision of the civil work (hut or premises where it is located).
